Method
- Slice or cut your chicken thighs into pieces
- Marinate overnight or for a couple of hours
- Add the Original Fried Chicken Coating to a zip lock back and drop your chicken into it and make sure every piece is coated.
- Heat your pan with the oil and when ready cook in small batches approximately 4 - 5 minutes on each side or till golden (thicker pieces take longer)
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel
- Serve with salad, sweet potato chips or your favourite potato chips.
